Mahaveer Jayanti celebrated at Bhadravati

Jain Samaj organized a religious procession with portrait of Bhagawan Mahaveer on Saturday as part of Mahaveer Jayanti celebration at Bhadravati on Saturday

Mahaveer Jayanti was celebrated with devotion at Bhadravati by Jain Samaj. People of Jain Samaj took out a procession with an idol and a big portrait of Bhagawan Mahaveer and aired the slogans of non-violence and universal religion. The devotional songs tuned to popular Hindi movie songs played through amplifiers enticed the people. A religious meet was held later at Jain Bhavan and Jain Samaj leaders spoke on the occasion.
